International Quality Education Ltd. ("IQe") is based in Hong Kong and is the parent company of CLC. IQe's goal is to promote, develop and deliver the benefits of Canadian education in Asia. Its services include acting as an English language program consultant to local schools, the operation of English learning centres and offering advisory services on education in Canada for foreign students.

IQe's directors helped to establish accredited and respected education institutions like the Canadian International School of Hong Kong and the International School of Macao. Both are respected as nurturing and high quality schools that deliver the benefits of Canadian education.
